HOW TO SERVE
FAQ
Where is El Cabrón made?
El Cabrón is produced at Casa Cabrón Destilería, our custom-built distillery in the sacred valley of Mitla, Oaxaca. Here, centuries of mezcal-making knowledge meet modern innovation as our maestro mezcalero creates mezcales that balance heritage with progress.
What is the difference between mezcal and tequila?
Tequila is one specific type of mezcal made from Blue Weber agave, while mezcal can be crafted from many different agave varieties. Mezcal develops its distinctive complexity through roasting rather than steaming, allowing fire, earth and agave to shape its flavour.
How should I serve it?
Our Espadín Joven is delicious neat, on the rocks or in your favourite mezcal cocktail. For a deeper and more distinctive flavour, use it as a substitute in classic tequila cocktails.
