UK Shipping

All deliveries will be made via Royal Mail. 2 day shipping is £5, next day shipping is £7.

US Shipping

We cannot currently ship to the USA, it is available in selected retail outlets.

Returns

Products must be returned in their original packing, unopened, sealed, and in the condition in which they were originally sent. The buyer is liable for the return postage. The buyer is liable for any loss or damage to the returned items that occurs during transportation back to us. When returning anything, we advise using a recorded-delivery service for your security. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item but may take up to 30 days.

Damaged/Faulty Items

If you have received a box and the contents have been damaged in transit, please take a photo and email sales@casacabron.com within 24 hours of receipt and our Customer Service team will contact you if any further information is required. We can only reimburse shipping costs or accept the return of opened items if they are damaged or were delivered in error.
